Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return and exchange requests are processed within 5–7 working days after approval and receipt of the returned item.

Samples, testers, and discovery sizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

At least 95% of the perfume must remain in the bottle for a return or exchange to be accepted.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product sent by Haisel Scents.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we aim to process your return or exchange within 5–7 working days.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
