At Haisel Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Return and exchange requests are processed within 5–7 working days after approval and receipt of the returned item.

  • Samples, testers, and discovery sizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • At least 95% of the perfume must remain in the bottle for a return or exchange to be accepted.

You May Request a Return or Exchange If:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incomplete.

  • You received the wrong product or an incorrect quantity.

  • The product is unused (except for a single test spray), in its original packaging, with all labels and protective seals intact.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return or exchange

  • Photos of the product (if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once our customer support team reviews and approves your request, we will provide you with further instructions for returning the product.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product sent by Haisel Scents.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we aim to process your return or exchange within 5–7 working days.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Samples and testers

  • Products with less than 95% of the perfume remaining

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned after the 15-day return window
