  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our trusted courier partner for delivery.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 Business Days

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 Business Days (where available; additional charges may apply).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

  • Free Shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on eligible orders.

  • Any applicable express delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect shipping address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

International Shipping

At this time, Haisel Scents ships only within Pakistan. International shipping is not currently available. We will update this policy if international delivery becomes available in the future.
